HANDBOOK INTRODUCTION

Saint Anne’s School is a private learning community composed of parents, teachers and students who work together to provide, maintain, and support a high level of behavior and academic excellence. The core curriculum in the elementary grades at St. Anne’s School prepares students for the rigor they will encounter in the Diploma Program (grades 11 and 12) of the International Baccalaureate in the High School.

This Handbook describes the rights and responsibilities of every parent and student. The Handbook is reviewed and revised as deemed appropriate by the School Advisory Board and all school stakeholders, and is presented to the Ministry of Education of Paraguay every two years for approval.

New situations or circumstances that have not been specifically covered in this Handbook may sometimes arise. The administration reserves the right to exercise the prerogative to answer such situations. In order for our school’s faculty and administration to be able to provide an appropriate learning environment, we rely on the support of all parents and students with a spirit of cooperation and collegiality, which is the foundation of our philosophy and catholic educational framework.

We thank the support they provide, respecting the simple rules included in this Handbook.
